On 10th August 2017 St. Attracta’s Nursing Home, Hagfield, Charlestown celebrated one quarter of a century in operation. Midwest Radio had a live broadcast from the nursing home on the day and this was followed by music with the entertaining Frank McCaffrey and a Barbeque which was superb. The residents, their families, visitors and staff had a brilliant day celebrating a very unique and momentous milestone for the Donohue family, the nursing home and all associated with it.
