We fully recognise the importance of good nutrition for our residents.  With this in mind our Catering team led by Chef Aine Roache cooks up a varied menu to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.  All meals are prepared fresh daily and the catering team take great pride in showcasing their skills and tempting the resident’s pallets.  The team excel in home baking and prepare birthday cakes for every resident.  Residents are encouraged to request any foods they prefer and the team will always strive to meet the requests.

Our Head Chef Aine is fully qualified with many years’ experience in the catering industry; Aine has worked for the majority of her career in the hotel sector. Our cook Eileen McLoughlin has extensive experience in the catering industry. The full catering team has completed HACCP and food safety training and are constantly striving to enhance and improve the dining experience of all our residents.


Meal times are broadly as follows:

  • Breakfast: 8:30am – 10am
  • Lunch: 12:30pm – 2pm
  • Tea: 4:45pm – 6pm
