This weekend our long serving Cook Eileen McLoughlin celebrates a special birthday.  Eileen has been part of St. Attracta’s family for over 14 years and epitomises all that is good in our team.  She is loyal, hardworking, reliable, and has a great character.  She is regarded very highly by the residents and staff.  We wish her a fantastic birthday weekend and the best of everything for the decades to follow.
