St. Patricks Day 2021 arrived with sunshine, high spirits and plenty of green. The focus was on eating and drinking as it was for many across the country with a wonderful menu prepared by the Chef. A mini parade took place outside in the gardens which was a bit of fun. The highlight of the afternoon was the ‘Baileys & Guinness Happy Hour’ which was enjoyed by all who participated. Enormous thanks to all the staff who made it a lovely day for the residents; we are blessed to have such a wonderful team who put their heart into their work daily.
