On Friday, 14th April 2023 we had the wonderful opportunity in Mayo to welcome the current president of the United States, Joe Biden to our beautiful corner of the world. President Biden was on a trip to Ireland which included flying into Ireland West Airport Knock and also travelling to Castlebar & Ballina. The residents alongside staff, neighbours and friends enjoyed the opportunity to give his cavalcade a warm welcome as they passed down the N17 and there was great excitement amongst all present.
